Phyllis Morris

Phyllis Morris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Public Administration degree from the George Washington University. She currently lives in Albany, New York, and works on public assistance issues for New York State government. Phyllis discovered the Harry Potter books in the summer of 2002 and has been in love with Harry and his world ever since.
