Hans Andréa

Hans Andréa, born in the Netherlands in 1944, spent 24 years as a primary school teacher in Australia and New Zealand and now works in an office in the Netherlands. He is an apprentice Rosicrucian alchemist. He fell in love with Harry Potter on page 2 of the first book he read, and by the end of the book he was struck by the powerful Rosicrucian and alchemical symbolism. Upon finishing all the four books then in print, his recognition of the liberating symbolism was absolute. In April 2003 he posted to HPfGU his predictions for part 5 of the septology, which all came true. He is certain that part 7 will prove that Harry Potter is a modern version of The Alchemical Wedding of Christian Rosycross, published in 1616.
